During this time of social distancing, it doesn’t mean we can’t still stay connected.  We need each other now more than ever.  Join us on Zoom for Group Strength and Conditioning Classes, designed to build well-rounded fitness and leave you feeling blissfully wiped out and accomplished!

Remote One-on-One Personal Training

For a more personalized and customized approach to your training, we offer one-on-one personal training.  These sessions are coached in-person via a direct Zoom meeting.  Please contact us for more information.

During this time of world crisis, like many businesses, we’ve worked hard to find ways to still consistently serve our clients and community.  In-person connection is so important to us and we are frustrated with the current need for self-isolation, but in response, we’ve innovated quickly to bring you group and personal options.  Let’s keep the momentum going.  Join us for live Group Fitness Workouts.  You’ll be surprised at how motivating it is and how connected we can still be.

We're Currently Taking Registrations Ongoing

We offer high-level, professionally coached Strength and Conditioning classes every Tuesday and Thursday Evening at 5:30 PM PST.  Our fee is $5 per class.

Purchase your sessions today!

Use the Purchase Sessions link to purchase a single sesssion, pack of 5 sessions or a pack of 10 sessions!  These sessions can be used anytime.  If you’d like to purchase sessions but can’t attend live, no problem!  We record every workout and will send you your workout video the next morning!

Class Structure

All classes are 1 hour.  No equipment necessary, just a mat to lay on and a bottle of water.  We start with a 5-10 minute warm up, followed by a 45 minute main set, and a short cool down to close out our time.  Strength and Conditioning Classes are structured to improve strength and build lean muscle mass, strengthen the intrinsic core for better biomechanics, performance and injury prevention, and the workouts incorporate different types of plyometrics to improve cardiovascular fitness and power.  These workouts are high intensity so you get more benefit in less time.  High intensity workouts promote a lean, fit body.

Class Venue - Zoom

Zoom is an online meeting and webinar application that allows groups of people to meet together via their laptop computer or mobile device.  Once registered, you’ll receive information on how to join each workout.  It’s super simple and easy.

Training in groups is fun, motivating and makes it easier to commit to the workout and work hard during the class.  We make sure and offer modifications based on current fitness and ability.  We keep the workouts creative.

About Cindy

Cindy Abrami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, is an NASM certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Human Movement Specialist, and is a UESCA certified Endurance Coach.  She is a Schwinn certifed indoor cycling instructor, and holds group fitness certifications through Les Mills.  She is also certified in TRX.  Most importanly, she spent time educating herself so she was properly qualified to help others achieve their goals while staying injury free.  She is passionate about her community and cares deeply for each of her clients.  Cindy is also an elite level masters athlete and competes as a runner, duathlete and triathlete.  She is the founder of The Wellness Movement Santa Barbara and The Wellness Movement USA both of which embody her mission of building community through fitness.
